在教学管理中,“狠抓常规”几乎是每所学校的基本管理原则,年年写教案,年年查教案。当我一本本翻看完以后,不禁对多数千篇一律的教案书写方式,又一次产生了质疑,同时也为有些老师在新课改背景下研究意识的觉醒感到些许欣慰。从70%的教案中不难看出,我们的老师在备课过程中付出的无为劳动,以及为应付检查而一贯采取的被动、无奈的做法。
In teaching management, “pay close attention to routine” is almost the basic management principles of each school, writing lesson plans every year, year after year to investigate the case. After I finished reading this book, I can not help but question how the majority of stereotyped lesson plans are written and feel challenged once again for the awakening of some teachers’ awareness in the context of the new curriculum reform. It is not difficult to see from 70% of the lesson plans that our teachers paid inaction during the lesson preparation process and the passive and helpless practices that have always been taken to cope with the inspection.
