通过分析水冷式系统的特点,指出要同时满足散热器和冷热辐射末端的测试需求,需要解决闭式小室内部冷热源与壁面冷热源的切换问题。结合系统原理图,分析了样品冷热媒循环系统、闭式小室壁面夹层冷热媒循环系统以及冷水供应系统的组成及功能实现方法。介绍了采集控制系统的软硬件配置。通过对该测试系统的复现性和重复性测试可知,该系统能满足GB/T 13754—2008《采暖散热器散热量测定方法》规定的误差要求。
By analyzing the characteristics of the water-cooled system, it is pointed out that to meet the test requirements of both the radiator and the end of the radiating and heating radiation, the problem of switching between the cold and hot sources inside the closed cell and the wall heat source needs to be solved. Combined with the schematic diagram of the system, the composition and function of the cooling medium circulation system, closed chamber cooling medium heating system and the cold water supply system were analyzed. Through the test system of reproducibility and repeatability test shows that the system can meet the GB / T 13754-2008 “Heating Radiator heat measurement method,” the provisions of the error requirements.
