本文介绍了采用傅氏级数展开法对采集到的不同材质钢材磁滞回线的数据的处理分析,寻找到傅立叶描述符(FD)与材质含碳量之间的关系。采用重回归分析法求出近似的线性公式来,并就不同的参数进行了讨论。同时,还介绍了根据磁滞回线的特征量,进而求出含碳量的方法来。由于其良好的线性关系,为神经元网络的应用创造了良好的条件
In this paper, the processing and analysis of the collected hysteresis loops of steel with Fourier series expansion method are introduced, and the relationship between the Fourier descriptors (FD) and the carbon content of the material is found out. The approximate linear formula was obtained by the method of multiple regression analysis, and the different parameters were discussed. At the same time, also introduced according to hysteresis loop characteristic quantity, and then find the method of carbon content. Because of its good linear relationship, it has created good conditions for the application of neuronal networks
