传统的变速率语音编码技术需要针对不同速率重新设计算法,工作量大,复杂度高。文中提出了一种新的变速率语音编码算法,将基于短时傅立叶变换(STFT)的语音时长调整技术应用于2.4 kb/s的MELP声码器中,在不调整声码器算法结构的情况下,可以方便地实现1.2 kb/s~4.8 kb/s任意速率的语音压缩。测试结果表明算法在编码速率大于2.4 kb/s时能获得较好的效果,小于2.4 kb/s时仍保持了较高的可懂度。
The traditional variable rate speech coding technology needs to be redesigned for different rates algorithms, heavy workload, high complexity. In this paper, a new variable rate voice coding algorithm is proposed, which is based on the short time Fourier transform (STFT) applied to the 2.4 kb / s MELP vocoder. Without adjusting the vocoder structure , You can easily achieve 1.2 kb / s ~ 4.8 kb / s voice compression at any rate. The test results show that the algorithm can achieve good results when the coding rate is greater than 2.4 kb / s, and still maintain a high degree of intelligibility when the coding rate is less than 2.4 kb / s.
