ARIS流程管理平台,可以对企业的业务流程进行统一管理,能够很好的将设计好的业务流程,以及业务流程实施和业务流程控制有效集成,使三个独立的部分合为一体。让企业流程建立在最优的基础上,有效的帮助企业建立起完整的、统一的一体化管理流程体系。ERP解决的是信息孤岛,ARIS解决的是管理孤岛。ARIS平台增强了ERP系统的流程管理,二者的整合可以提高效率、减少冗余、易于发现存在的问题等等。本文介绍了ARIS平台、实施目标及应用、以及对ERP系统优化的作用。
