目的调查唐山市某钢铁企业高温、热辐射作业人群代谢综合征(MS)及相关疾病的患病状况,并分析该人群MS的相关危险因素。方法随机抽取唐山市某钢铁企业1010名高温、热辐射作业工人进行问卷调查和体检,采用2004年中华医学会糖尿病学分会提出的MS诊断标准(CDS)进行分析。结果MS的粗患病率为13.6%(男15.1%,女3.1%,P<0.05);肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、血脂代谢紊乱的总患病率分别为44.1%,7.1%,30.0%,45.4%;不同性别、年龄患病率差异显著。结论唐山市某钢铁企业高温、热辐射作业工人MS及各代谢异常组分患病率均较高,且与性别、年龄、工龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济收入均相关,存在患病率上的差异。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) and related diseases in high temperature and thermal radiation workers in an iron and steel enterprise in Tangshan City and to analyze the related risk factors of MS in this population. Methods A total of 1010 high temperature and thermal radiation workers from an iron and steel enterprise in Tangshan were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and physical examination. The MS diagnostic criteria (CDS) proposed by the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2004 were analyzed. Results The crude prevalence of MS was 13.6% (male 15.1%, female 3.1%, P <0.05). The overall prevalence rates of obesity, diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia were 44.1%, 7.1% and 30.0% 45.4%; different gender, age differences significantly. Conclusion The prevalence rates of MS and metabolic abnormalities in high-temperature and thermal radiation workers in an iron and steel enterprise in Tangshan City are high, and are related to gender, age, length of service, educational level, marital status and economic income, The difference.
