文章在安阳市地下水开发利用现状的基础上,分析了地下水资源开发利用中存在的问题,总结了近年来地下水保护取得的成效,并从全面节水、减少地下水开采、充分利用境外水、加强水污染治理、强化和完善水资源的统一管理等方面提出了地下水保护的措施和建议。
