图1中的pt-PFD是人们在1995年提出来的,然而至今,几乎所有的文献(包括原文献)都认为这种pt-PFD在零相差附近存在死区。笔者通过分析发现这个死区是可以通过合理地设计电路中的器件尺寸来去除。本文先对pt-PFD的工作原理作了详细的分析,并推导出了去除死区的方法。文章最后还给出了基于HSPICE的仿真结果。
Pt-PFD in Figure 1 was proposed in 1995. However, to date, almost all the literature (including the original literature) considers this kind of pt-PFD to have a dead zone near zero-phase difference. The author found through analysis that this dead zone can be reasonably designed circuit size of the device to remove. This paper first pt-PFD working principle made a detailed analysis, and deduced the method to remove the dead zone. Finally, the article also gives the simulation results based on HSPICE.
