96例122只眼施行白内障冷冻摘除术所产生的角膜散光及与矫正视力的关系。术中无玻璃体脱出112眼术后除2眼出现不规则散光外,其余110眼平均散光度以1.25D—2.25D为最多,而远视散光占66.39％,这是由于术中预置缝线时巩膜侧针距大于角膜侧及缝线结扎过紧所致。术中玻璃体脱出10眼,术后除3眼出现不规则散光外,其余7眼平均散光度为3.OD,平均矫正视力4.1。提示该手术中角巩缘切口的错位缝合、非适度的缝线结扎及玻璃体脱出是导致和加重角膜散光的主要原因。
Correlation of corneal astigmatism with corrected visual acuity in 96 eyes of 122 eyes undergoing cataract extraction. In 112 eyes without vitreous hemorrhage, the average astigmatism of the other 110 eyes was 1.25D-2.25D, while the hyperopic astigmatism accounted for 66.39%, except for irregular astigmatism in 2 eyes.
