将碱提类肝素(简称C)用阴离子交换树脂分离,其未吸附部分为组分1(C_1):吸附部分为组分2(C_2)。实验用195±SD25g体重的健康大鼠216只,??各半,随机分成3组。禁饲后心脏取血,三氯化铁法测定药前血清总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)。次日ip 10%Triton 3ml/kg,1h后各组分别ip不同剂量的C,C_1和C_2,每个剂量12只大鼠。C组为400,300,200,100,50和0 mg/kg;C_1组800,600,400,100和0 mg/kg:C_2组300,200,100,50,25和0 mg/kg。各0剂量组均给予生理盐水(NS)4 ml/kg。8 h后再次测定血清TC;并按下式计算不同剂量的降脂率(D)。
The alkali-extracted heparin (referred to as C) was separated by an anion exchange resin and the unadsorbed part was component 1 (C 1): the adsorbed part was component 2 (C 2). A total of 216 healthy rats with 195 ± SD25g body weight were randomly divided into three groups.
