心脏粘液瘤是最常见的心脏原发肿瘤 ,大多为良性 ,75 %发生在左房。作者对 1 988年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月收治并经术后病理确诊为左房粘液瘤的 72例患者的临床表现、诊断方法、手术过程以及预后进行了回顾性分析 ,现报告如下。1　临床资料与方法本组 72例左房粘液瘤中 ,男 2 9例 Myxoma of the heart is the most common cardiac primary tumor, mostly benign, and 75% occurs in the left atrium.
