灭蚊幼缓释剂,目前国外已有颗粒剂、砂粒剂商品出售。近年国内在蚊媒防制中,也开始研究应用不同类型的颗粒缓释剂。但在实际工作中,多数仍直接喷洒杀虫剂乳油、乳剂、粉剂进行孳生地的控制。这种方法,往往造成杀虫剂的浪费,导致环境污染,且有效时间短,用药次数多,费工费时。缓释剂具有使用简便、延长药效、减少杀虫剂污染、异味、浪费等优点。我们进行了杀蚊幼剂的研究。经过多种载体材料的选择试验,制备成20%倍硫磷颗粒剂,10%倍硫磷砂粒剂和片剂以及不同浓度的配方。进行了室内、半现场生物效果、残留量的测定。
