目的:观察藕汁、油菜汁、黄瓜汁对游泳大鼠抗氧化功能的作用,探讨其可能机制。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为安静对照组、游泳运动组、藕汁+游泳组、油菜汁+游泳组和黄瓜汁+游泳组,每组10只。前两组每天灌胃蒸馏水5 ml,后三组每天分别灌胃新鲜藕、油菜、黄瓜榨汁5 ml,共4周。实验结束时,游泳运动组和三个蔬菜汁组进行一次6 h吊尾游泳,游泳后即刻采血,取心、肝和骨骼肌,安静对照组除不游泳外其它处理均相同。测定心脏、肝脏、骨骼肌组织及血清MDA含量和总抗氧化力;血清维生素C和E,SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性,GSH含量;骨骼肌线粒体膜电位、膜流动性。结果:与安静对照组比较,游泳运动组血清、心脏、肝脏与骨骼肌组织及骨骼肌线粒体MDA含量显著升高;血清VC、VE和GSH水平,SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性,血清和组织总抗氧化力显著降低;腓肠肌线粒体的膜电位显著降低,膜流动性显著下降。与游泳运动组比较,三个蔬菜汁组血清、心脏、肝脏与骨骼肌线粒体MDA含量显著减少,总抗氧化力增强,血清VC和GSH含量、SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性显著增加,心脏和肝脏总抗氧化力显著增强,藕汁组骨骼肌总抗氧化力显著增强。与安静对照组比较,三个蔬菜汁组血清GSH含量均显著增加,藕汁组GSH-Px活性显著增加,油菜汁组SOD活性显著增加;而黄瓜汁组骨骼肌线粒体MDA含量显著减少。结论:蔬菜汁可减轻游泳运动造成的脂质过氧化,增强酶性和非酶性抗氧化防御系统功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of lotus root, rape juice and cucumber juice on the anti-oxidative function of swimming rats, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: 50 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, swimming group, lotus juice + swimming group, rape juice + swimming group and cucumber juice + swimming group, 10 rats in each group. The first two groups were fed with distilled water 5 ml every day, the latter three groups were fed with fresh lotus root, rape, cucumber juice 5 ml every day for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the swimming group and the three vegetable juice groups were subjected to a 6-h hang-off swimming, blood sampling, coring, liver and skeletal muscle immediately after swimming, and the rest of the control group was the same except for not swimming. The content of MDA and the total antioxidant capacity of heart, liver, skeletal muscle and serum were measured. The levels of serum vitamin C and E, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, GSH contents were measured; mitochondrial membrane potential and membrane fluidity of skeletal muscle were measured. Results: Compared with the quiet control group, the content of MDA in serum, heart, liver and skeletal muscle and skeletal muscle of swimming group was significantly increased; the level of serum VC, VE and GSH, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT, Total antioxidant capacity decreased significantly; gastrocnemius mitochondria membrane potential was significantly reduced membrane fluidity decreased significantly. Compared with swimming group, the content of MDA in serum, heart, liver and skeletal muscle of three vegetable juice groups decreased significantly, the total antioxidant capacity increased, the contents of VC and GSH, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT increased significantly The total antioxidant capacity of liver increased significantly, and the total antioxidant capacity of skeletal muscle in lotus juice group increased significantly. Compared with the quiet control group, the serum GSH contents of three vegetable juice groups increased significantly, the activity of GSH-Px in the lotus root juice group increased significantly, and the SOD activity increased significantly in the rape juice group; while the MDA content in the skeletal muscle of the cucumber juice group decreased significantly. Conclusion: Vegetable juice can reduce lipid peroxidation caused by swimming and enhance the function of enzyme and non-enzyme antioxidant defense system.
