从药用植物石斛组织中分离到4株具有抗真菌活性的细菌菌株,其中DEB-2菌株具有比较稳定的抗真菌作用,能强烈抑制多株植物病原菌、人体病原菌、植物内生菌和食品腐败菌,显示该菌在植物真菌病害的防治、抗真菌药物的筛选、食品防霉变和植物组织培养污染真菌的防治上有一定的应用前景;抗菌机理观察,发现被拮抗菌丝尖端均有不同程度变粗、膨大、崩解或者菌丝分枝增多的现象,表明被拮抗菌丝的细胞壁可能被破坏,使细胞内原生质流出而抑制其菌丝的尖端生长.
