职业目标是在认识自我、认识环境、认识职业的基础上逐渐确立的。鉴于中专护理学生对自我的了解不够全面和对护士职业的工作环境、工作内容、工作角色和性格要求等认识模糊的情况下,利用“人职匹配”理论进行指导和干预。
Career goals are gradually established on the basis of knowing oneself, knowing the environment and knowing one’s career. In view of the fact that secondary nursing students’ understanding of self is not comprehensive enough and their understanding of job environment, job content, job roles and personality requirements of nurses is vague, they use the theory of “job matching” to guide and intervene.
