摘要目的行离体牛肝脏实验,比较基于4种不同技术原理的商用微波消融治疗设备产生的凝固区体积、球度以及短轴直径,并建立相应的数学模型预测这些数值。方法 2种高功率设备(A和B)、1种可以同时使用3根微波天线的设备(C)和1种非灌注冷却法的自动调节功率和频率的设备(D)分别在离体牛肝脏进行消融实验,共获得108个消融灶。测量各消融灶凝固组织体积、球度和平均短轴直径。建立适用于各设备的数学模型,测定决定系数(R2)。采用方差分析和Tukey检验方法分析比较5 min、10 min以及最大推荐消
Abstract OBJECTIVE To determine the volume, sphericity and short axis diameter of coagulation zone in commercial microwave ablation equipment based on four different techniques, and to establish corresponding mathematical models to predict these values. Methods Two kinds of high power equipment (A and B), one kind of equipment (C) which can use three microwave antennas at the same time and one kind of non-perfusion cooling method (D) Ablation experiment, a total of 108 lesions were obtained. Measure the coagulation tissue volume, sphericity and average short axis diameter of each lesion.
