克罗诺杆菌(阪崎肠杆菌)是污染婴幼儿配方粉的主要致病菌。近年来克罗诺杆菌的分类地位已由早期的黄色阴沟肠杆菌被命名为肠杆菌科独立的新属——克罗诺杆菌属。对克罗诺杆菌进行分子分型研究,在监控、预警及预防克罗诺杆菌病的暴发和散发等方面具有重要意义。目前,克罗诺杆菌的分子分型技术主要有脉冲场凝胶电泳分型1多位点序列分型1多位点可变数目串联重复序列分型等。本文综述了该菌的生物学特征及分子分型技术的研究进展。
Corynebacterium (Enterobacter sakazakii) is the main causative agent of infant formula powder. In recent years, the taxonomic status of Cronobacterium has been named as Enterobacteriaceae new independent genus Corynebacterium from the early stage of Enterobacter cloacae. The molecular typing of Cronobacteria is of great significance in monitoring, early warning and prevention of outbreak and distribution of Cronobacter’s disease. At present, the molecular typing technology of Cronobacterium mainly pulsed-field gel electrophoresis typing 1 multi-site sequence typing 1 multi-site variable number tandem repeat typing and so on. This article reviews the biological characteristics of the bacteria and molecular classification technology research progress.
