随着时代的发展与进步,一个企业的发展取决于其企业文化的建设以及思政工作的推进,但是,在这一发展带来的不仅是企业党建思政工作的发展,还存在一些问题急需解决。因此,本文从煤矿企业中文化与其思政工作的建设的联系进行阐述分析,明确煤矿企业建设对党建思政工作的发展的提升,并且提出了在这一建设过程中应该注意的问题,避免出现其他问题,提升党建思政工作先进性的发展。
With the development and progress of the times, the development of an enterprise depends on the construction of its corporate culture and the advancement of its ideological and political work.
