目前各地都有心理咨询门诊和心理热线。请问心理咨询有何作用?在什么情况下需要去进行心理咨询? 洛阳梁伟这个问题的确无法明确回答。但总的来说这些咨询门诊和热线主要有以下几个特点:1.咨询方式主要是医学模式,而不是教育模式。2.咨询对象主要是有心理疾病的病人,而不是正常人。3.咨询医生不足采取国外常用的“心理治疗小组”的模式,而是单独一人兼任几种角色,即集医生、心理医生、社会工作者于一身。4.对有心理疾病的病人的治疗,大多不严守于某一学派的治疗方法,而是采用综合的、立体的治疗。除心理治疗、社会治疗外,不排除精神药物及其他方法的治疗。心理咨询的主要适应症有如下几方面: 一、各种情绪障碍及各种不可控制的思维及行为的人。如焦虑、抑郁、悲伤、恐惧、强迫思维及强迫行为等,属于这方面的疾病,主要是各种冲经症。这是心理咨询的主要适应症。二、某些早期精神病的鉴别、诊断及心理治疗。特别是当家人怀疑患者有精神异常,但又不想带他到精神病院门诊诊治的时候,带患者找心理医生
