采用全自动锥板粘度计，对因寒致瘀模型大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度 等血液流变学指标进行了检测，并现察了中药四逆汤对其影响。结果提示：四逆汤 能够显著降低血瘀大鼠低切变率下全血粘度，而对血浆粘度无显著影响．证明了 四逆汤具有温阳化瘀的功效。
Using a fully automated cone-plate viscometer, blood rheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rats induced by cold-induced paralysis were examined, and the effects of Chinese traditional medicine Sini decoction were observed. The results suggest that: Sini decoction can significantly reduce blood viscosity of whole blood in rats with low shear rate, but no significant effect on plasma viscosity. It is proved that Sini Decoction has the effect of warming Yang Huayu.
