目的:应用多焦视网膜电图(multifocal electroretinogram,mf-ERG)测定糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者视网膜电活动,评价不同分期DR患者的视功能损害的严重程度。方法:选取50~70岁的老年人,除外其他疾病,30例30眼作为正常组;已确诊为2型糖尿病的患者99例99眼做为试验组。分别在标准状态下行mf-ERG检查,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:对于DR早期及背景期的患者,mf-ERG的P1波随着病情的加重,其反应密度逐渐下降,在非增殖期就明显减低,而在背景期Ⅲ期时,下降更为明显,说明在黄斑区,视网膜尚未有视觉或形态的改变前,电活动已经减弱,随病情发展,电活动的下降更为明显。结论:mf-ERG可以评价DR的严重程度,尤其适合DR的早期及背景期。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the retinal electrical activity in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) by multifocal electroretinogram (mf-ERG) and evaluate the severity of visual impairment in patients with different stages of DR. Methods: Elderly people aged 50- 70 years were selected, except for other diseases, 30 cases of 30 eyes as normal group; 99 cases of 99 cases diagnosed as type 2 diabetes as test group. The mf-ERG tests were conducted under standard conditions, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: In patients with early stage and early stage of DR, the wave density of P1 wave of mf-ERG decreased gradually with the aggravation of disease and decreased significantly in non-proliferative phase, but decreased more in stage Ⅲ of m-ERG. Shows that in the macular area, the retina has not been visual or morphological changes before the electrical activity has weakened, with the progression of the decline in electrical activity even more apparent. Conclusion: mf-ERG can assess the severity of DR, especially for the early and background DR.
