针对当前工程教育存在教育理念滞后且不适应工程科技人才的需求、人才培养模式单一、产学研不到位,企业很少参与人才培养、教育评价体系导向重论文轻设计和实践、对学生的创新教育与创业训练不够重视等问题,提出矿物加工工程专业创新人才培养实践教学体系改革思路;构建了矿物加工工程专业校内实验教学体系、校外产学研实践教学基地、校内大学生科技训练第二课堂活动三个层面的工程实践创新人才培养体系,取得较为显著的创新人才培养效果。“,”In view of the problems of current engineering teaching in education idea not meet the engineering needs of science and technology talents,talent training mode is single,industry-university-research not to reach the designated position,enterprise rarely involved in talent training,education evaluation system oriented to pay attention to paper but light the design and practice,pay not enough attention to student's innovation education and enterprise training,the article put forward three dimensions of innovative talents cultivation system of the engineering practice of the practice teaching system reform thinking of innovative talents training for the specialty of mineral processing engineering;constructed the university experiment teaching system and extramural research practice teaching base for the specialty of mineral processing engineering,the second classroom activity of university students' scientific and technological training,which obtained remarkable innovation effect of talent cultivation.
