R校长在16年前受命到实验小学当校长。报到的第一个星期,学校领导班子的一位成员就告诉他:“你来了,有一个现象无论如何要改变,就是行政会议繁多且效率低下。”这位善意提醒的班子成员举了一个极端的例子:有一次,行政会议从下午一点开始,一直到晚上一点半才结束。这次“马拉松”行政会议的主要成因就是学校主要领导在人事问题上有很大的分歧,大家互不相让。
President R was appointed to Primary School 16 years ago as principal. In the first week of registration, a member of the school leadership team told him: “You are coming, there is a phenomenon that needs to be changed at any rate, that is, the Executive Council is numerous and inefficient.” An extreme example: Once, the Executive Council started at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and ended at half past one pm. The main reason for this “Marathon ” Executive Council is that there are great differences in the personnel issues between the principal leaders of the school.
