大口径长距离顶管施工顶进推力过大是困扰顶管施工多年的技术难题。靠提高顶管管材的抗压强度 ,加固顶管工作坑及后背等方法不仅不经济 ,还受到技术方面因素的制约。注浆减摩作为一门新技术 ,在顶管工程中应用越来越普及。本文对注浆减摩原理、注浆材料的性质及注浆工艺进行了较为系统的阐述 ,对于顶管工程的施工具有积极的参考价值。
Large-diameter long-distance pipe jacking thrust into the jacking construction is troubled by years of technical problems. By increasing the pipe jacking compressive strength, pipe jacking and back reinforcement methods are not only uneconomical, but also by the technical aspects of the constraints. Grouting anti-friction as a new technology, the application of pipe jacking more and more popular. This paper systematically elaborates the principle of grouting and friction reduction, the properties of grouting material and the grouting technology, which has a positive reference value for the construction of pipe jacking project.
