桔果采后,有些人怕桔皮沾染病菌,或是怕失水后减轻重量,于是就马上套薄膜袋贮藏。这样做,其实不利桔果贮藏,反而促使腐烂率高,枯水率高,贮期缩短。原因是:刚采下的桔果,不仅带有田间热与表皮湿气,且因具有旺盛的活力,呼吸作用和水分蒸发都较强。所以采后马上套袋,会加速桔果腐烂和枯水。我们曾在美国参观三个柑桔包装厂,发现他们都是将采后的桔果,先预贮后熟和通风冒汗后,再进行清洗、分级、印标、打蜡、装箱的。桔果预贮的作用有:1.能散发桔果的田间余热和果面水分;并能使果
