客户是企业的主要基础,档案是企业运作时必不可少的。客户营业档案在供电部门的工作中至关重要的一部分。做好客户档案的管理是提高服务水平与客户依赖的重要工作。本文围绕贵阳市花溪区的客户营业流程档案的现状与问题作出相应对策。随着科技的迅速发展,档案管理信息化的来临,对传统的档案管理产生了很大的影响。1954年,美国通用电气公司使用计算机来进行工资数据处理与保存,开创了利用计算机进行档案管理保存处理的第一步。在我国,档案专业发展较晚,档案意识也很难渗透人心。所以无论是企业档案或是社会档案的发展都比较慢。在贵阳市花溪区供电部门的档案室于2003年建立。到现在为止,该供电部门客户营业档案相对保存完好,但是依旧存在一些问题。
