用尿素为供氮剂进行固体硼氮共渗,研究了硼氮共渗层的耐蚀和抗高温氧化性能,并与渗硼层作了比较。结果表明,因先期渗入的氮原子在渗硼温度所起的有益作用,致使硼氮共渗层的耐蚀和抗高温氧化性能均优于渗硼层。
Using urea as a nitrogen donor, solid boronitriding was carried out to study the corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of boron nitrided layers and compared with the boronizing layer. The results show that due to the preferential infiltration of nitrogen atoms play a beneficial role in the boronizing temperature, resulting in boron nitride and nitrided layer corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance are better than boronized layer.
