我厂是50年代由苏联援建的大型炼油企业。经过30多年的扩建改造,现有炼油化工生产装置58套,各类设备约 1.I6万台,管线1200多千米,其中有保温的设备和管线占总数的三分之一。保温材料大部分是五六十年代的矿渣棉、蛭石瓦等老产品,质量差,老化严重,保温效果不好,热流损失大都超过国家标准,保温工作成为设备管理中的薄弱环节。针对这些问题,我们做出了全面规划,提出了加强管理和更新改造相结合的综合治理方针。5年来,共对1400多台设备和120多千米管线的保温进行治理和更新改造。据抽样调查,改造后的保温绝热效率普遍达到95%以上,超过了国家标准,使散热损失减少50%左右,每年可获经济效益800万元。我们的主要做法如下。
Our factory is a large-scale oil refinery built by the Soviet Union in the 1950s. After more than 30 years of expansion and transformation, there are 58 sets of existing refinery and chemical production equipment, about 1.60 million sets of various types of equipment, and more than 1200 kilometers of pipelines, of which insulation equipment and pipelines account for one-third of the total. Insulation materials are mostly old products such as slag wool and gangue stone in the 1950s and 1960s. They have poor quality, serious aging, poor heat preservation effect, and most of the heat flow loss exceeds national standards. The insulation work has become a weak link in equipment management. In response to these problems, we have made a comprehensive plan and put forward a comprehensive approach to the combination of strengthening management and renewal. In the past five years, a total of more than 1,400 pieces of equipment and more than 120 kilometers of pipeline insulation have been rehabilitated and upgraded. According to a sample survey, the insulation insulation efficiency after the transformation has generally reached more than 95%, exceeding the national standard, so that the loss of heat loss is reduced by about 50%, and an annual economic benefit of 8 million yuan can be obtained.
