应用乳酸脱氢酶释放试验检测在P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和甲硫脑啡肽(MEK)几种生物活性物质体外孵育条件下,自然杀伤细胞(NK)对人食道癌上皮细胞(Eca-109)的毒性作用。结果表明,几种活性物质对NK细胞毒性具有双向调整作用,对基础活性一般或偏低者具有提高作用;对基础活性偏高者具有降低作用;其提高和降低的均值具有显著性(P<0.05)。提示这几种活性物质在神经免疫调节过程中具有重要作用。
Lactate dehydrogenase release assay was used to test the in vitro incubation of several biologically active substances such as substance P (SP), serotonin (5-HT), β-endorphin (β-EP) and methionine enkephalin (MEK) Toxicity of natural killer (NK) cells to human esophageal cancer epithelial cells (Eca-109). The results showed that several active substances had a bidirectional adjustment effect on NK cytotoxicity, which had an enhancement effect on normal or low basal activity, decreased effect on higher basal activity, and significant increase and decrease (P < 0.05). It is suggested that these active substances play an important role in the regulation of neuroimmunity.
