为准确判断管线运行状态、及时发现威胁管线安全的因素,对长距离输水管线监测数据进行分析处理具有重要意义。运用概率统计学中正态总体方差检验法,分析输水管线监测数据的方差是否过大,从而评判长距离输水管线是否平稳运行。实例应用结果表明,采用方差检验法能够准确评判长距离输水管线的异常情况,并能及时发现管线泄漏现象,且计算量小、误报警率低、对工况条件变化适应能力强。
In order to accurately judge the pipeline running status and find out the factors that threaten the pipeline safety in time, it is of great significance to analyze and process the monitoring data of the long distance water pipeline. Using the method of normal population variance test in probability statistics, it is analyzed whether the variance of water pipeline monitoring data is too large, so as to judge whether the long distance water pipeline runs smoothly. The application of the example shows that the variance test can accurately judge the abnormal situation of the long distance water pipeline and find out the pipeline leakage in time. The calculation is small, the false alarm rate is low and the adaptability to the change of working conditions is strong.
