为研究乳腺病变细胞核 DNA含量与性激素受体、增殖细胞核抗原、癌基因、抑癌基因表达的关系 ,对 5 0例乳腺病变进行 DNA图像分析及 ER、PR、PCNA、c-erb B-2、nm2 3免疫组织化学标记 ,分析 DNA含量与以上肿瘤标记物表达的关系。结果显示 ,ER、PR阳性病例 DNA指数低于阴性病例 ,PCNA阳性病例 DNA指数高于阴性病例 ,c-erb B-2阳性病例 >5 CEE明显高于阴性病例 ,nm2 3阳性病例多为整倍体肿瘤。
To investigate the relationship between the DNA content of breast lesions and the expression of sex hormone receptors, PCNA, oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes, DNA images of 50 breast lesions were analyzed and the expressions of ER, PR, PCNA, c-erb B-2, nm2 3 immunohistochemical markers, analysis of DNA content and the above tumor marker expression relationship. The results showed that the DNA index of ER and PR positive cases was lower than that of negative cases and the DNA index of PCNA positive cases was higher than that of negative cases. The CEE of c-erb B-2 positive cases was significantly higher than that of negative cases and the positive cases of nm23 were mostly Body tumor.
