企业是一个经济组织,是构成社会的重要细胞。构建和谐企业是构建和谐社会的应有之义,也是企业发展的必然要求。企业在过去长期的传统管理模式下,存在着一些不容忽视的问题,如片面追求经济效益,忽视环境与社会效益的和谐;面对无法躲避的激烈竞争,员工的浮躁、失衡、不满的心理加重,常常有威胁感、忧患感、不安全感、失落感、不稳定感、无归宿感等等。这些问题的存在,迫切要求通过积极构建和谐企业加以解决。因此,构建和谐企业是大势所趋,也是广大职工的共同愿望。
