探讨并确立全民所有制企业工资改革的目标模式,是一项艰巨的系统工程。目前,国内对全民所有制企业工资改革目标模式众说纷纭,莫衷一是。其重要原因,在于对确立全民所有制企业工资改革目标模式的基本原则意见分歧。为了确立既能促进生产力迅速发展、又符合社会主义基本方向、并具有中国特色的全民所有制企业工资改革的目标模式,推动经济体制改革不断向纵深发展,亟需对确立全民所有制企业工资改革目标模式的基本原则进行深入探讨。
