本文主要叙述在太钢1700mm 炉卷轧机改造中,其液压 AGC 系统使用液压缸压力信号代替压头信号作为轧制力参数进行厚度自动控制的一种新方法。分析了液压缸压力信号与压头信号的差别,以及使用液压缸压力信号时采用的相应措施,最后提到本装置在长期使用中所得到的良好效果。
This paper mainly describes a new method of automatic control of the thickness of hydraulic AGC system using hydraulic cylinder pressure signal instead of pressure head signal as rolling force parameter in the reformation of 1700mm furnace roll mill of TISCO. The difference between hydraulic cylinder pressure signal and pressure head signal is analyzed, and the corresponding measures when using hydraulic cylinder pressure signal are also introduced. Finally, the good effect of this device in long-term use is mentioned.
