目的了解中医临床医学实习生手卫生措施执行情况,提高实习生手卫生依从性。方法通过现场查看和培训考核方式,对该中医院135名临床实习生手卫生执行情况和相关知识进行了调查。结果中医专业学生到临床实习上岗前,对手卫生知识缺乏了解,六步洗手法操作合格率仅为30.4%。在临床实习6个月后,手卫生措施执行率较低,在规定的洗手指征要求手消毒者执行率只有16.5%。结论中医临床实习生手卫生知识缺乏,在实习中手卫生执行率低,需要进行专门培训。
Objective To understand the implementation of hand hygiene measures for TCM clinical intern trainees and to improve hand hygiene compliance of trainees. Methods By means of on-site examination and training assessment methods, the implementation of hand hygiene and related knowledge of 135 clinical intern in the hospital were investigated. Results TCM majors did not understand the health knowledge of opponents until the clinical internship, and the passing rate of the six-step method was only 30.4%. Six months after the clinical practice, the implementation rate of hand hygiene measures is low, and only 16.5% of the staffs are required to implement hand disinfection when the prescribed hand washing instructions are required. Conclusion The clinical intern of TCM is lack of hand hygiene knowledge, and the implementation rate of hand hygiene in internship is low, which requires special training.
