民间组织的蓬勃发展和积极参与,成为我国公共外交发展的强大动力。但总体而言,民间组织在参与公共外交时仍存在一些问题和不足,我们应该进一步加强对民间组织参与公共外交的统筹协调;加大对民间组织的扶持力度,提升民间组织参与公共外交的能力;充分发挥民间组织在公共外交中的特色和优势;加强民间组织国际交流,学习借鉴他国有益经验。
The vigorous development and active participation of non-governmental organizations have become a powerful driving force for the development of public diplomacy in our country. However, in general, NGOs still have some problems and deficiencies in their participation in public diplomacy. We should further strengthen the overall coordination of NGOs’ participation in public diplomacy. We should increase the support for non-governmental organizations and enhance the participation of non-governmental organizations in public diplomacy ; Give full play to the characteristics and advantages of non-governmental organizations in public diplomacy; strengthen international exchanges among non-governmental organizations and learn from the useful experiences of other countries.
