胜利石油管理局井下作业二公司现有职工4202人,其中干部502人,工人3700人,主要承担胜采、东辛、现河等三家采油厂油水井的作业施工任务。公司成立以来,针对专业化作业公司的生产经营特点,把培训各类人才作为提升市场核心竞争力的关键环节,树立了市场化、现代化、特色化的培训工作新理念,开创了“专业补短、技术补差、知识更新、技能提高、学习超前”的培训工作新局面,有效提高了职工队伍的整体素质。
