2014年5月8日,渤海钻探工程公司首次在煤层水平井段下入直径89mm玻璃钢套管,经甲方验收合格,标志着该公司煤层气钻井技术又有新突破。该公司煤层气市场C17558队承钻的QYN1-01H井,是一口“U”形井,位于山西省寿阳区块沁水盆地,完钻井深1 700m。根据设计要求,需在煤层水平井段下入玻璃钢套管至QYN1-01V井洞穴口1 594.50m处,套管全长近800m。玻璃钢套管具有内径大、出气量多、便于后期继续下油管操作、使用寿命长等优点。但同时也存在玻璃钢管重量轻,悬重变化
On May 8, 2014, for the first time, Bohai Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. entered a diameter of 89mm FRP casing under the horizontal section of the coal seam and passed the inspection of Party A, marking another breakthrough in the company’s CBM drilling technology.
