根据石油钻机的工作理论 ,对联接各种工作机的万向联轴器最大工作转矩计算公式进行了分析和确定 ;据此 ,对用于各种钻机不同场合的万向联轴器最大工作转矩做了定量计算。研究了轴间角和转速对万向联轴器转矩的影响 ,并对影响程度做了定量分析。对石油钻机现用万向联轴器的许用转矩进行了全面校核 ,揭示了其蕴含的转矩安全系数。研究表明 ,国产石油钻机用万向联轴器给出的许用转矩具有较大安全系数 ,只要根据最大转矩值小于许用转矩值来选择相应型号的万向联轴器 ,可保证安全工作
According to the working theory of oil drilling rig, the calculation formula of the maximum working torque of the universal coupling coupled with various working machines is analyzed and determined.
