不锈钢焊接产生的烟尘中含镍和铬。已知镍及其某些化合物对人类具有致癌性,通过生物监测,找出致癌物内部接触的评估方法,以预防职业癌是非常重要的。本文对不锈钢焊接工人的内、外接触镍的情况进行了监测,并为估算限值而收集生物学资料。作者检查了103名从事铬镍合金钢焊接工人,其中39名使用被覆焊条(MMA),14名使用惰性气体保护焊(MIG),两者兼用者50名。另检测无职业性镍接触的男女共123人作为对照。
Soot produced from stainless steel welding contains nickel and chromium. It is known that nickel and some of its compounds are carcinogenic to humans. It is important to find bioaccumulation methods for evaluating the internal exposure of carcinogens to prevent occupational cancer. This article monitors the internal and external exposure to nickel by stainless steel welders and collects biological data for the purpose of estimating limits. The authors examined 103 welders engaged in chrome-nickel alloy steels, of which 39 used MMA and 14 used MIG, for a combined 50 people. Another test of non-occupational nickel exposure of men and women a total of 123 people as a control.
