中国水利学会于1986年6月14日在北京召开了四届一次常务理扩大会,出席常务理事和正、副秘书长14人(因故请假7人),还邀请了部分学会工作负责同志列席会议. 中国水利学会理事长严恺主持了会议。会议首先由学会常务理事、水利电力部副总工程师徐乾清介绍了当前水利工作的情况,接着由学会常 China Water Conservancy Association held a four-term executive management expansion meeting in Beijing on June 14, 1986. It attended the standing director and 14 deputy secretaries-general (7 people leave for some reason), and also invited some responsible members of the Society to attend the meeting. Yan Wei, President of China Water Resources Society, presided over the meeting. At the meeting, Xu Yongqing, deputy chief engineer of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, first introduced the situation of the current water conservancy work by the executive director of the Society, and then learned from the society.
