小学生身心成长速度快,但具有不稳定性,小学是保障小学生情商发展和心理健康发展的关键时期。对于成绩好的“优秀”学生,他们也是普通的孩子,不能因学习成绩优秀而忽视对其心理的辅导,他们同样会存在不能自律、叛逆、骄傲等问题。由于文化知识、社会经验不足,他们的人生观、价值观还没有建立起来,这时更需要家长、老师给予与其他学生同等的关注和正确的引导。教师要根据小学生的心理特点,有针对性地开展心理教育工作。这样,才能培养出品学兼优的新生来。
