在一般情况下,不锈钢具有良好的机械性能和化学稳定性,得到了广泛地应用。但不锈钢不耐浓酸和强氧化剂的腐蚀,因而它的应用面受到一定限制。氟材料却具有极其优异的化学稳定性,聚全氟乙丙烯(DEEP,F_(46))就是一种性能优良的氟材料,它是四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯的共聚物,具有极高的化学稳定性、优良的电绝缘性能、适当的机械性能、很低的摩擦系数、以及不吸水,耐腐蚀等优良的综合性能,而且使用温度范围很宽。将聚全氟乙丙烯牢固地涂布在不锈钢上,以防止浓酸和强氧化剂对其产生腐蚀,至今尚未见到满意的文献报导。我们对此项涂布处理方法作了多次实验,获得了成功。
Under normal circumstances, stainless steel has good mechanical properties and chemical stability, has been widely used. However, stainless steel impatience with concentrated acid and strong oxidant corrosion, and therefore its application is subject to certain restrictions. Fluoride material has extremely excellent chemical stability. FEP (DEEP, F_ (46)) is an excellent fluorine material. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It has very high Chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation properties, appropriate mechanical properties, low coefficient of friction, and non-absorbent, corrosion-resistant and excellent overall performance, and the use of a wide temperature range. Poly FEP has been firmly coated on stainless steel to prevent it from being corroded by concentrated acid and strong oxidants. So far, no satisfactory literature has been reported. We made a number of experiments on this coating method and got the success.
