本文剖析了社会对科技外语人才的需求与非外语专业学生翻译能力普遍较低之间的矛盾 ,以及高校外语教学方面存在的问题 ,提出了培养高校非外语专业学生翻译能力的措施 This paper analyzes the contradiction between the demand of social science and technology talents and the generally lower translation ability of non-foreign-language majors and the problems in foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.
