内蒙古自治区世界语运动有着光辉的历史,早在二十年代就有许多进步人士和革命青年学习和宣传世界语,当年王若飞同志就是在这里被捕后在狱中学习和宣传世界语的。内蒙古世界语协会的前身是归绥世界语协会,是已故的内蒙政协副主席杨令德同志年轻时于1931年任《绥远时报》总编时,在归绥(今呼和浩特)成立的。1979年杨令德同志参加了全国世界语第二次座谈会后于9月15日在呼市发起成立了内蒙古世界语协会。十
The Esperanto Movement in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a glorious history. As early as in the 1920s, many progressive people and revolutionary youth learned and promoted Esperanto. Comrade Wang Ruofei was arrested here and learned and promoted Esperanto in prison. The predecessor of Inner Mongolia Esperanto Association was attributed to the Esperanto Association. It was established by the late Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Inner Mongolian Association when Comrade Yang Lingde was appointed as the editor-in-chief of the “Shuyuan Times” in 1931, in Guiyang (now Hohhot). In 1979, Comrade Yang Lingde participated in the second seminar of national language in Esperanto and launched the Inner Mongolia Esperanto Association in Hohhot on September 15th. ten
