CD_(59)是一种广泛表达于多数白细胞和红细胞表面的分子量为20KDa 的蛋白分子,通过磷脂酰肌醇-聚糖锚状结构与细胞膜相联。CD_(59)在结构上同小鼠Ly-6抗原家族相关,可以在单核细胞和T 细胞相互作用过程中起作用。此外,还可通过影响末端补体成份C_(5b-9)而抑制细胞溶解。作者以PBMC 中纯化的T 细胞、Iurkat 亲本细胞及其变异株以及三株不同的CD_(59)单抗(YTH53.1,MEM-43,H19)为材料,研究了CD_(59)在T 细胞活化过程中所超的作用。结果表明;①YTH53.1或MEM-43在十四酰佛波乙酸酯(PMA)或交联的Anti-Ig 同时存在下,可诱导T 细胞的增殖。但
CD_ (59) is a protein molecule with a molecular weight of 20 kDa which is widely expressed on the surface of most leucocytes and erythrocytes, and is linked to the cell membrane through the phosphatidylinositol-glycan anchored structure.
