目的总结30例过敏性肺炎的临床、影像学及病理信息,探寻其临床治疗方案。方法 30例过敏性肺炎患者,予以各项针对性诊治措施,并对患者的临床、影像学及病理信息进行总结。结果 30例患者的临床症状得到了显著缓解,且胸部的影像学也显著改变。结论临床上过敏性肺炎具有诊断难度大的特征,多以抗原暴露、经支气管镜肺活检术病理检查等作为主要诊断指标。
Objective To summarize the clinical, radiological and pathological information of 30 cases of allergic pneumonia and explore its clinical treatment plan. Methods Thirty patients with allergic pneumonia were given various targeted diagnosis and treatment measures, and the clinical, imaging and pathological information of the patients were summarized. Results The clinical symptoms of 30 patients were significantly relieved, and the imaging of the chest was also significantly changed. Conclusions Clinically, allergic pneumonia has the characteristics of great difficulty in diagnosis, and many of them are mainly exposed by antigen and pathological examination by bronchoscopic lung biopsy.
