目的评价应用注射用A群链球菌在乳腺癌治疗中的价值。方法 2011年1~12月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院普外科建立乳腺癌的动物模型,局部应用注射用A群链球菌后观察瘤重和肿瘤直径以及相关免疫指标的变化;30例乳腺癌病人术中应用注射用A群链球菌,观察病人术后引流量、创口及血液中免疫指标的变化。结果在乳腺癌模型中,注射用A群链球菌对乳腺癌瘤体的肿瘤抑制率为32.48%,白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-12(IL-12)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达量较未应用者明显升高。临床病人应用注射用A群链球菌后,术后5d引流量降低20%~30%,创口恢复良好,免疫相关指标CD4/CD8比值由2.23变为1.74,免疫系统恢复正常,自然杀伤细胞(NK)的数量较未使用注射用A群链球菌的病人无明显变化,所有病人均未出现明显的不良反应。结论注射用A群链球菌在乳腺癌治疗中有较好疗效,可以增强宿主的抗肿瘤免疫功能。
Objective To evaluate the value of using Streptococcus group A in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods The animal model of breast cancer was established in the Department of General Surgery, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from January to December in 2011. The changes of tumor weight, tumor diameter and related immune indexes were observed after topical administration of streptococcus group A; 30 cases of breast cancer A group of Streptococcus patients was injected intraoperatively to observe the changes of drainage volume, wounds and immune parameters in the patients after operation. Results In the breast cancer model, the inhibitory rate of A group streptococcus injection on breast cancer was 32.48%, the levels of IL-6, IL-12 and TGF- TGF-β) expression was significantly higher than those without application. After application of A streptococcus injections, the drainage volume decreased 20% -30% after 5 days of operation. The wound healing rate was good. The ratio of CD4 / CD8 was changed from 2.23 to 1.74 and the immune system returned to normal. NK cells (NK ) Than the number of patients who did not use injection of streptococcus group A no significant change in all patients were no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Streptococcus agalactiae injection has a good effect in the treatment of breast cancer, can enhance the host anti-tumor immune function.
