本文通过对玉米、林地和苜蓿地3种不同土地利用方式下土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌及微生物量碳、量氮的统计分析。结果表明,3种不同土地利用方式下土壤微生物数量,细菌>放线菌>地菌,细菌、真菌及土壤微生物的总量表现为:玉米地>苜蓿地>林地;对微生物量碳和量氮的影响表现为:玉米地>苜蓿地>林地和苜蓿地>林地>玉米地。
In this paper, the statistical analysis of soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen under three different land use patterns of maize, woodland and alfalfa was conducted. The results showed that the total amount of soil microbes, bacteria> actinomycetes> geobacteria, bacteria, fungi and soil microorganisms under three different land use patterns were as follows: maize land> alfalfa land> The effects are as follows: corn land> alfalfa land> woodland and alfalfa land> woodland> corn land.
