本校這學期教職員政治理論學習的內容是黨員標準八項條件和黨史同時並進。時間短,材料多,就帶有突擊性。因而對所學的內容,就缺乏系統深入的理解,且極不鞏固。為了把學習質量提高一步,在期末採取了有領導的復習與有準備的口試這一新的學習方法,取得了不少的收穫,同時也得到了教職員的普遍歡迎,甚至有的同志認為,這是我校教職員政治理論學習的新階段。我們的復習和口試是這樣進行的:首先由學委會按照學過內容的系統,編定了復習提綱(也是口試題目),並按照題目,指定了主要的參考檔。同時在啟發動員時,又提出了防止單純為了考試的偏向;主要是個人自學,在充分自學的基礎上,可以展開集體研究,以便深入領會所學的內容。同時,學委會又組成了考試委員會,著手準備標準答案。其次又進行了口試試點工作,吸收各個學習小組代表參加,研究了評審標準,也瞭解了同志們的準備情況。這些措施,都保證了復習與口試的順利進行。

Based on sufficient self-study, we can conduct collective research so that we can understand what we have learned. At the same time, the academic committee has formed an examination committee, set out to prepare standard answers.
